Are there key words you can use to mute to help a bit?
I stay off my following tab, and stick to my mutuals and my only posts. Only posts doesn't have any reposts and I find with my muted words that helps.

It's ok. It's not the first time. I've been disabled a long time so friends come and go. It's all sunshine and rainbows until I can't go do the thing a few times in a row then I'm forgotten about.
