Aren't you proposing throwing anyone with more than $2,000 in assets off of Medicaid, in a state where it costs more than that just to move into a new apartment?

Aren't you proposing throwing anyone with more than $2,000 in assets off of Medicaid, in a state where it costs more than that just to move into a new apartment?
