I have a response from Marsha Blackburn regarding her letter to AG Pam Bondi urging her to refer Jack Smith to DOJ for prosecutorial misconduct re: his investigation re: 2020 election. I'm pretty sure she wrote a good portion of that legislation to protect herself and her MAGA Congressional buddies.

AT&T did not comply so Ted Cruz (R-TX) records not analyzed.

Blackburn will be able to have oversight over this matter? She's learned from Ed Martin, who as interim US Attorney for DC asked a judge to drop charges against a man who participated in the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack, a person he had previously represented as a defense attorney.
