Loved this sculpt, from a now out-of-business STL studio. Sadly this model was among the many victims of the Great Shelf Disaster. Still have the pieces, hope to fix it up someday.

These humans from the Blood Bowl 2016 boxed set were the first models I painted that weren't meant for D&D since returning to the hobby.

This lizard person was for a campaign in which I - basically the forever and always DM - finally got to be a player character. Had a lot of fun chewing the scenery as Kroq'xa the lizardfolk druid.

Maybe I am crazy but -5 cards is basically getting to play this event once per game for free without spending an action, and it's not limited to units.
Is that worth 3 hp? Actually you know what, I think it probably is.

I big-time recommend customizing your controllers. Designing this for my T13 was super fun, so much so that I'm thinking of buying another controller just to do it again.

This lil guy was meant to be one of a whole party of villainous adventurers who would show up in my campaign to act as foils to the player characters. I abandoned the idea before I finished painting his pals, though.

This Reaper Bones dragon was the model that made me buy my first dirt-cheap airbrush. It took some time but today there's hardly a single model I paint that doesn't involve firing up the compressor.

The old D&D boardgames were/are a decent source for cheap minis. This Ettin was the first larger than human sized 28mm figure I painted.
