So @chums.yorha.vip asked for a play by play so I’ll do my best. First I frenched (cut through skin/tendon, exposing bone) and dry rubbed the chicken with some salt, oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, marjoram and sage. I’m gonna let these hang out while I finish my coffee and run to the store.
