It’s apple cider season baby! Homemade as always. Chunk and boil apples with cinnamon, cloves, stevia, and star anise then put the result thru a siv & squeeze with a press or by hand.

Pokemon Champions is confirmed to let you adjust EVs with a Slider, rather than using Vitamins or Feathers. It doesn't show the true EVs, but each point increments a stat by 1. So at level 50, that's usually 8 EVs.
It also features a nature chooser. No confirmed way to alter IVs yet.
