I've been trying to get re-diagnosed for so long with my mental struggles, I've about lost hope. Can't remember the last time I saw a regular doctor now. Psych wasn't listening so I just came off SSRIs on my own, that was "fun". Been looking into nootropics and adaptogens now for mental health.

Went out to grab the mail yesterday not even 6 feet from the door and my body forced me to shiver for like 5 minutes after coming back in, oof. 🥶
