I've been trying to get re-diagnosed for so long with my mental struggles, I've about lost hope. Can't remember the last time I saw a regular doctor now. Psych wasn't listening so I just came off SSRIs on my own, that was "fun". Been looking into nootropics and adaptogens now for mental health.

I got bored yesterday.. 😅 Realized the little weighing trays for my scale are the same plastic as the little food dishes at hospitals and well, it was pretty much over from there. Honestly not a big fan of ketchup but it made the most sense at the time.
