I've always loved this poem. Now it just seems sad and ironic.

These are perilous times but I have to say it feels good to be in the resistance.

I would have to agree with this for the most part. Were the Democratic party leaders asleep at the wheel all this time or simply unaware that the rules of the game were changing around them. Seemingly, we are now caught flat footed.

Can someone please make a stress ball out of this Baby Trump balloon. I want to squeeze it's little head every day.

Surely they found SOMETHING to use as an excuse to collapse the federal workforce.

I took everything for granted. I never realized how much the Republic means to me until this election.
