Alt: Brian Fitterer is making rule changes making senior citizens suddenly responsible for paying thousands of dollars to make upgrades that were not required when these people bought their homes YEARS ago as well as making them responsible for paying to upkeep HIS property, roads, sewer lines etc in his "parks"... His employees/property management ppl constantly make up their own rules on the spot and threaten eviction to individuals who try to stand up to them hence, leaving SENIOR CITIZENS, many who are ill, scared and hopeless... Over the last several years he has also been raising the lot rents to be far above these elders fixed incomes & now the rule changes which include things involving making it extremely hard for these SENIOR CITIZENS to even sell the home they OWN... All of this IS enabling him to be pricing these people out of their homes & if they can't pay the lot rent or sell the house he will evict them & STEAL their homes from them which is going to leave many of these elders homeless... He's doing this while swimming around in his pile of blood money... Ppl like Brian Fitterer pay law makers to set things up in their favor leaving the ppl living on his properties without help from city nor state allowing them to basically EXTORT those who are helpless... Another entity that is helping Brian Fitterer is the CHURCH that GOVERNS the state of UTAH, just another multi-billion dollar corporation that does NOT pay taxes... Where is there help for this situation? I have scoured the internet, made calls to housing authorities etc and NOBODY has an answer & most do not want to even talk about it... This is our country and the world we live in now, we are allowing a MINORITY group of billionaires to destroy lives and soon the world & it's all for a piece of paper called money... All of what I have said here is only a drop in this bucket...
