I wish we had power to refill Vacant Federal Positions. Admittedly agencies need revisions. But lack of $$ resources is key. Then personnel who see where the agencies r hurting & not serving the public ethically and effectively. Problem #1 GOP Funds Theft #2 Technology Ignorance #3 De-Regulation
