I also think she needs a speed buff, so I’d make an option to let her switch to active flight [think Iron Man or Angela] from hovering. 9/9

Additionally, I think Storm needs a damage buff, so I would make it so that her primary fire switches from wind blade to a continuous lightning bolt [think Emma & Scarlet Witch] when she switches between tornado and thunder mode. 8/9
