Additionally, I think Storm needs a damage buff, so I would make it so that her primary fire switches from wind blade to a continuous lightning bolt [think Emma & Scarlet Witch] when she switches between tornado and thunder mode. 8/9

I hate to admit that I’m only just realizing that the main distinction between Sailor Mercury and Sailor Neptune’s water element is that Mercury is fresh water and Neptune is salt water 🤦🏾♂️
