Finally got around to processing my native passion fruit. Got about 2lbs which is very good for a first year fruiting. Question is what I'll do with them now.. this enough for one recipe without seeds or two recipes with, probably. I'm thinking a tart with the seeds in would be interesting.

Rescued from HomeGoods and de-blinged... Was ringed with horrible plastic pearls and rhinestones. Remember kids, CA glue degrades at 225F in the oven. Go score inexpensive holiday servingware and rescue it. You can even use it for the holidays then dress it down if you want. This was $60, not $600.

Line a 9" tart pan with the crust
Combine all ingredients except Pecan Pieces and Pecan Halves in a food processer and blitz until smooth.
Add the Pecan Pieces to the batter, stir, and fill the crust
Arrange Pecan Halves on top

Have I been watching too many garden design shows and convinced myself I need tiny water features to act as reflecting pools? Maybe.. This is a Milky Way Kousa anchoring the West beds, flanked by strawberry foxglove, astilbe, dicentra, hellebores, umbrella plant, anemones, and lamiums.. .
