8. The goal of the common law is to preserve and protected Fundamental Rights Life, Liberty and Property - others may argue otherwise but this is Essentially Anglo in Nature and that is what is being eroded. So what is the one thing that the Democratics hate more than anything ? "Know Nothings".

6. This is their purpose with such things as the Constitutional Avoidance Doctrine and if analyzed is essentially preposterous Since Life, Liberty and Property are Fundamental Rights and to be secured and protected from arbitrary GOVERNMENTAL action. How much more textual can you get !!

5. This is used to invoke the Manchurian Candidate in all of us that DEMOCRACY !! i.e., enactments by state legislatures are actually the supreme law of the state and that US Const Art. VI, para. 2 is essentially a Borkian ink blot.

3. The whole affair establishes how far up "The New Federalism" 's the so called Democratic Party beyond any conceivable doubt actually is - after all they are the party of the KKK and the confederate state of america - it's an election fund raising scam that will go on for decades.

statutes are needed i.e., the voice of the people, which Congress is not responsive to by resolution. Statutes enacted enables the USSCt to decide issues when such statutes are violated. Polices may be enjoined, ordered modifies and corrected. There has to be procedures in place to be followed.
