let's say every one have account with amount how much it cost
it can be payed with working in country and paying taxes
for a while or 5% of paycheck (max 10 years), if you go work out of the country you have to pay back the rest

I don't understand this, almost everyone is talking about the 2026 midterms and preparing for them, BUT the US will not survive Trump and MAGA for that long, something has to be done much sooner
