In other words, looks like we’re getting the first full ruling(s) of the term on Tuesday (the only one thus far was a dismissal after argument).

I think the Supreme Court probably upholds the Tennessee law in Skrmetti.
It’s either 5-4/6-3 that the law is okay depending on Gorsuch.
There’s a less than 25% possibility it’s remanded to TN for fact finding with intermediate or rational basis test.
