Beautiful (and natural) seeding particles for SPIV in the outdoor flume today!
Super fun (and super “critical!”) day playing in the outdoor flume! I don’t have a strong background in open channel flow, but learned a ton (with the JETlab grad students) building and destroying dams, gates, etc along the channel, trying to maximize flow speed while maintaining 6” water depth. 🌊
