The dissent is so clownishly evil, jfc. Referring to a judge as having "unchecked power" when he IS A MEMBER OF THE BODY THAT CHECKS THAT JUDGE'S POWER.

And framing this entire thing as some sort of abuse of the executive when they are BLATANTLY IMPOUNDING APPROPRIATIONS.

And the fact that they're about to destroy federal lands that were once protected! Stop that!!!!
