A reminder over the left hand range has been helping while I practice. As long as I don’t become blind to it.

Looks like a trip to Sweetwater is in my immediate future (tomorrow). Been wanting to upgrade this thing for many many years, just never had good enough reasons until now.

I got hand tattoos today (love them!) and I know they don’t cover my whole hand but I really didn’t think the pain was worse than any other tattoo, in fact probably less than my shin. My tattoo artist laughed when I said I was nervous because he “knew what I was in for.” Bah.

Stopped at POPS for cheesesteaks (my first one!) and I got 2 compliments within 3 minutes, one on my Sublime shirt (dude saw the back of it) and the other on my hair. That was quite lovely.

Got my Slothrust-inspired tattoo today, absolutely love it! “And every time I roll the dice, snake eyes never come as a surprise” 🎶

Great time playing Pride today. Got more compliments afterwards than I knew what to do with 🥴🥹 Def worth only getting 4 hours of sleep. Just got back from dinner with the folks with a ride in the convertible. And now, we nap.

I trusted my longtime artist’s vision but I should’ve spoken up when I saw the cup of brown ink. Wish it was grey like the real thing, but still glad to have it. My favorite stuffed animal from when I was a kid. One more tiny space and the front of my right lower leg is done.

I saw one of those posts that flashes pics fast & you screenshot to see what you get, it was a bunch of traditional flash, which I like. So I did it 3 times & got this twice & said fuck it, gonna get it. I was showing my artist the post after he got done, I took another screenshot and got it AGAIN.

It’s getting warmer out so when my hair air dries after a shower, it curls up, and sticks out cuz it’s short. Then I put a ball cap on and go to work. Last night I caught my Bozo the Clown ass lookin shadow.

One of my guys at work gave me a little tub of pulled pork last week and my asparagus patch went off last week so this was my meals all weekend (not pictured but also good: mac & cheese).

It’s Fred’s 8th birthday! I’ve never gotten a great shot of his markings but I love them so much, it’s why I picked him. Not the biggest fan of tabbies but I like the classic(ish) swirl.

I fear I may not be done with my extensive run of #tattoos. Pretty much have my next idea figured out, not gonna reach out to schedule until my fingers heal though, which will be probably another week. Still extremely happy with those! and I love looking at my hands now so here’s the artist’s pic.
