Afternoon snack is plant based unsweetened yogurt with tortilla, black cherry low sugar jam, unsweetened matcha latte, tea, herbal tea, black coffee, water and another herbal tea because it’s getting cold.

I don’t eat meat in general, so, my intake of fiber is pretty high, and sometimes it’s too much causing bloating and other discomforts. But I’m relapsing and veggies are the only food that I eat without stress… on the other hand, be it a relapse or not, I have to lose weight. This is not tolerable.

I retain everything, water and now apparently also air, I’m bloated, and this air messed with my stomach…

This is not a healthy amount of food. I want to be clear about this. But I received so many triggers lately and I relapsed a bit. This is a symptom of an illness, an egosyntonic disorder: please validate your symptoms and ask for help.
