I would say The Ghost of Christmas Past from A MUPPETS CHRISTMAS CAROL comes fairly close. I always found it a little unnerving.... in a good way!

Did you check that all connections are tight and if the monitor works with another outlet?

I remember it being too campy (or overacted?) but it's been such a long time since I've seen it. Need to revisit. Love Burton's BATMAN
