This is 100% correct. If you don’t have documents proving legal status, we don’t issue an SSN. No SSN, no benefits. And we don’t just assume the documents are valid. Every applicant’s status is verified with immigration. Every. Single. Time. Period. Don’t believe their lies. Tell your friends.
