Sirius xm, if you have that, has a "library" where you can favorite pods, and it will sort by "new episodes." It's reasonabl handy.

I used the same metric for a while, but it's now too late for even that. I disliked Tom Brady, but damn if he didn't keep me young for an extra couple years. :)
