Men Norge har fjerde høyest kaffeforbruk i verden - og allikevel kan man ikke regne med at folk har kvern?

Litt mer enn 29 kr, men kanskje er kvern i såfall en gaveidé i seg selv - trenger ikke koste skjorta...

There's only so much you can do with there only being 30-something hours in a day, but Oslo Innovation Week was really good =)

One of the cool things about repping Revontulet at a nordic event is that we're not the only company with a Finnish name, and people actually understand what it means 😀🇧🇻🇫🇴🇬🇱🇮🇸🇸🇪🇫🇮🇦🇽

Then this morning I woke up to the news that we, out of hundreds of applications have been recognized as one of the top 50 for the 100 Pitches Norway competition organized by Startuplab and DNB - it's Norway’s largest pitching competition for investor-ready startups, so that's exciting!

Today, I made a very cool pilgrimage to Tvergastein - the cabin where the philosopher and mountaineer Arne Næss spent 14 years and wrote most of his books. It's been an amazing day! Gonna share more about this hike at some point.

Happy international coffee day!

Drinking Los Tongos, washed Pacas beans from El Sauce, Honduras, roasted and sold at Fuglen - one of the great coffee shops of Oslo.

Ground by hand and brewed in an aeropress on my kitchen counter.

Nice fruity notes of cantaloupe melon, pear, and lemon.

The Danish newspaper Ekstrabladet rented a helicopter and discovered a Russian warship, Aleksandr Shabalin, which has turned off it’s AIS and is hiding between Langeland and Lolland - it could be a base for the drones seen across Denmark in the past days. ekstrabladet.dk/krimi/afsloe...

Uvalde remains one of the reasons I often wear green converse to meetings and conferences on the prevention of mass shootings, violent extremism and terrorism...

Today, due to the recent spread of (false) narratives about trans perpetrators of mass shootings, I decided to look up search stats for the term “trans shooter.” The term was hardly used at all before May 2022, when the shootings in Buffalo and Uvalde happened.

Just did my 3rd event in Norway this year and have one more scheduled for October (Oslo Innovation Week, whaddup?!) - is this my year of returning to the fatherland?

This autumn, I won't be able to visit the 9/11 memorials I've made a habit of visiting every fall. But as I'm on my way to give a talk in Norway, I thought it fitting to visit the memorial by Utøya today, remembering fallen friends, and the reasons we dedicate ourself to combatting hate and terror.
