Tried to go fishing but these two wouldn’t get off my lap
I abused substances for over half my life. It took 20 years to get here but I’m 562 days sober and have less than 6 mo to go for my goal. It’s been different, refreshing, and most of all spiritual. I’ve changed my life so much these last 18 months and I can’t wait to continue my sober journey 🥰

I was reading some comments talking about BPD, there's a few other's that talk about it on their channel to help people out, one of them is Dr. Daniel Fox who specializes in it. I also enjoy Patrick Teahan who is a childhood trauma therapist. (Both of them pop up on YT if you search their names)

I looked up what a group of Blue Jays is called, which is a "party" or "band." So here is a party of Blue Jays. (They do seem to like partying it up and causing a ruckus. I could see "a ruckus of Blue Jays" as a group name working too.)

It is not easy to accept that the people you want to be there for you, never are. The stance of “we will continue to abuse substances in front of you, but we don’t care about your feelings” attitudes are insanely selfish and disrespectful.
