got a weird comment on tumblr criticizing this particular Maev drawing for her lack of a top nd it kinda rubbed me the wrong way because 1) the whole comment was somehow more objectifying than my art, which is an outfit that nobody would bat an eye over for male barbarian character to wear

You come from a privileged place when you make comments about the amount of effort troubled people are taking to change thier situation.

Intentional or not, it comes across as a challenge that they're not doing enough and undermines their confidence.
