M51 - the Whirlpool Galaxy - is located 31 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Canes Venatici. A smaller galaxy - NGC 5195 - is also visible at the outermost tip of one of Whirlpool's arms. Photo taken using #SeestarS50 on April 8th 2025 from #Vimioso #PT

M81 (Bode's galaxy; top left) and M82 (Cigar galaxy; bottom right). This pair of perpendicular galaxies is located at the Ursa Major constellation. M81 is 11.6 million light-years away while M82 approx. 12 million light-years from Earth.
