I was struggling to keep control of the bike since it really wasn't set up for me but I think I did quite well fighting to 3rd place over the course of six laps on an unfamiliar bike

I find it a bit amusing that the "Concorde" nosecone designed for the XA/XB/XC Falcon by Peter arcadipane looks like the front of a Chevrolet Monza racecar while the "Monza" front end looks like a manta b.

The insistence on droop snoots in the custom vans of that time makes every car look like a vehicle from an old Cyberpunk anime or a vehicle in some forgotten 80s dystopian sci-fi flick. I really love that.

What's the point of the new R12 mimicking both the legendary R90s and the R80GS? Those bikes invented sport touring and adventure touring respectively which let BMW survive the Japanese invasion. The new r12's will be decent bikes no doubt but they won't be able to replicate what made the originals
