Dessert #1 is a batch of mini chocolate and orange no-bake cheesecakes with a whipped chocolate ganache. Some of the crusts didn’t set right and crumbled.
Dessert #2 is a pumpkin cheesecake with whipped cream. Had to hide some cracking with the whipped cream so the design kinda is what it is.
