2/2 it feels important to be clear it's not about the children being disabled per se, it's about the system? Because otherwise any disabled child will feel shamed, and potentially suicidal themselves

l think parents of trans children often feel suicidal too, it's about the hate/ danger you see a person you love facing, the craven lack of governmental support, funding, legal protection. No party supports carers enough, look at the DWP persecution of disabled and carers that goes unquestioned 1/2
