Today I had my first full hair wash routine with all my new lovely stuff.
The rosemary & mint shampoo is cleansing so great after having oiled your hair, the mint also stimulates blood flow to the scalp which is needed for hair growth.
Nizoral is anti-dandruff, but it also controls excessive oil

Saw Palmetto Extract is recommended for hormone related hair loss as it reduces an enzyme that leads to the production of DHT (hormone that cause hair loss).
It needs to be taken regularly for a long period and is more of a booster than complete problem solver. It can also interfere with hormones

I wish, but I can’t use it! It’s actually a Sunday & their online intake form is only live during working hours!! That’s so insane😭
I’ve looked at so many charts and it only gets worse so I may have to do it in 2 hours. Currently fine tuning the bounds of Asc & PoF but there’s not much wiggle room.

My order came and I tried out the bond repair serum.
The key purpose is to diminish the risk of breakage of damaged hair. It also acts as heat protectant. I’ve used this on freshly washed, dry hair and it’s quite sticky and sinks in super fast, may be better to use it before blow drying.

So far this one looks better than all the others cause there’s no angular malefics, but with Venus in Scorpio I could look at a few other options too.

Here’s a hair scale which you can use to estimate how much hair you’re losing after brushing or washing your hair. It’s not the most accurate because it doesn’t take length, thickness or texture into account. Apparently shedding about 100 hairs daily is average.
