Today I had my first full hair wash routine with all my new lovely stuff.
The rosemary & mint shampoo is cleansing so great after having oiled your hair, the mint also stimulates blood flow to the scalp which is needed for hair growth.
Nizoral is anti-dandruff, but it also controls excessive oil

Now that the dust has settled, the positive I can take from my Mars return in my Cancer 9H is that it was a very spiritual time and I was 100% tapped in.

This is correct. Wine, black tea, and coffee have a high amount of tannins which bind to nutrients like iron and reduce the absorption of it.
If you’re healthy, consuming these drinks/ foods (in moderation) is perfectly fine

Also remember that black tea will bind to iron and keep the body from absorbing some of it. If you are anemic, avoid tea.

My order came and I tried out the bond repair serum.
The key purpose is to diminish the risk of breakage of damaged hair. It also acts as heat protectant. I’ve used this on freshly washed, dry hair and it’s quite sticky and sinks in super fast, may be better to use it before blow drying.

There’s a nice little election in a day, when the Moon moves into Taurus. I haven’t had the time to extensively look, but it looks nice enough!
We’re not getting a Moon in Cancer with Venus in Libra but on Nov 4th we have short window with Venus rising, at night (UK), in her own term, and a waxing Moon in Taurus, Mars just slipped into Sag so is averse to the Moon
