If my boss is bringing up avoiding taking advantage of the unlimited time off policy when I’m not even planning on taking 20 days off in a year, then the policy isn’t remotely “unlimited”

Artists are such little freaks
i thought it was alright. only loved a few tracks. just didn't feel incredibly new or innovative. overall, i'm a bit disappointed with this follow up to glitch princess. I'll probably come back to it another time to see if my thoughts change.

pretty surprised by the direction of this record. from the fairly experimental, dreamy glitch pop style of glitch princess i was not expecting a full alternative rock sound. it's cool so far though.

Whenever I spend time learning about significant music movements - recently post-punk and no wave - i realize how much i absolutely NEED to be out seeing live music all the time. there would be nothing like seeing those happen in front of your own eyes. like bcnr, squid, etc at the windmill.

So far on the new Doja cat record, most songs have some elements of moments I like but also have cheesy or weird moments I don’t love. She certainly has a cool unique voice and the flow is really good sometimes.
