I hear ya. They were letting me take a low dose of adderall for a little while but then I kept getting hypomanic episodes and now they won’t refill them. Sucks.

Very similar to me. I also have hypersomnia and the ADHD meds helped with that too but now I need to stop because of the BD

When you come to Harrisburg Pa, you will be down the street from Yellow Bird Cafe. I highly recommend anything on their menu, but especially their breakfast sandwiches.

As a type 2 myself my hypomania episodes tend to amplify if I’m close to someone who is manic. We definitely can’t be accountabilibuddies 😬

I don’t have any friends who are also bipolar but I can totally see this being a manic episode feeds another’s manic episode situation.

Just because I have more energy that day doesn’t mean I’m manic. That’s only one checkbox of several that are needed to be in an episode
