After starting medication for bipolar 2, my depression is much better and less frequent. What I used to consider hypomania, I’m now wondering if I have a new, more upbeat baseline. Has anyone else needed to recalibrate their “baseline” after starting medication?

Hypomania means I feel pretty upbeat, have energy, actually talk to people, and get way more chores done.
It also means I’ll stay up way too late, bite the inside of my lip more, and be way more anxious.
Most importantly, it means I will get high scores in all my video games #bipolar #hypomania
