1st Acoma technique attempt. I'm sorry for the crappy photo. I'm still trying to figure out Windows 11 on a new laptop, and so far it's been a nightmare for editing photos. I covered it with white underglaze on leather hard altho some of it appears yellow here.
My 2nd round of Covid has been brutal. 6 full day of sweating: cold sweats, hot sweats, medium sweats, waking up with hair dripping.I had to put my pillow in the dryer it was so wet. I cannot imagine what it would have been like not being vaxxed. I finally got meds so I hope to improve soon. #covid

I can always tell who visited the feral cat food at night. If it's all gone, it's a possum. When the racoons show up it looks like a hard partying biker gang showed up to trash the joint AND eat the food.

I really need new carpet installed but it has to be still be light enough to continue to show me where the hairballs and cat puke are. My best friend is my portable Bissell carpet cleaner. #cats

I got roped into doing a demonstration of Nerikomi and excessive talking drains my social batteries. I was also told I need to raise my prices and not under value myself. Meaning I'll have to give up the dopamine hit I get when people buy my work. I live in a small town, not NYC. #ceramics

I just attended a conference in the US. We had one speaker detained and two others turned away at the border.
There are great conferences and science in the US, but with the way things are right now, it’s too risky to attend.

I was given a mold to make a bird bath but wondered how thick I should make it? I will only be able to glaze one side so what if I fired the other side with just underglaze on it? Temps here rarely get higher than 80F, and a few evenings below 32F but never a sustained freeze. #pottery#ceramics

Win 11 was taking my Steam account and loading it onto One Drive. I got messages my cloud was full with an option to buy more space. So I deleted One Drive. Problem Solved.
