Some people might be dangerous, but it’s often NOT who you think it is and no amount of benign weirdness that seems strange and off putting to you is automatically evidence that someone is a threat and it is WISE to QUESTION anyone making a case with that kind of evidence EXCLUSIVELY

I am saying this here, out loud, in front of you because EVERY TIME things get this stressful it becomes an opportunity for bad actors to do MASSIVE damage to anyone visibly vulnerable or marginalized and we cannot let that happen.

We CANNOT let that happen.

I have known trans people who immediately jumped on the bandwagon to talk some REALLY nasty shit about nonbinary people.

I’ve watched nonbinary people take open and hateful potshots at neopronouns and other gender presentations the MOMENT they could.

Don’t. Do. That.

“At least I’m not a freak like THEM.” is intoxicating and it feels safe until you are the freak. I am telling you right now, the root of this behavior is FEAR and it will take Any Form the accuser needs it to In The Moment They Need It.

Don’t fall for it. Don’t participate in their fear.
