Flaw is it’s not a paradox. The only time the execution would not be a surprise to him would be Thursday night and Friday. Then he would know that the execution would be on Friday. Before that, the possible dates would still be that day + the remaining days

Ben scored higher because he had higher grades in more tests than Alice.
