Improvements:
1. full MSU-1 Support, with arrangement by @goddamnbathead.bsky.social
2. Fixed garbage sprite flicker that could sometimes occur
3. L will disable Wall.2 so you can jump properly.

This doesn't look like much, but These two helicopter scenes (the first flying in from the right, and the second taking off) both use MMC3 features that's somewhat hard to deal with on the SNES port. I'm super happy that I've gotten them both working.
