Might you have, or considered making a coachman's cape? It does go by different names, and seems to be a popular style in Victorian times. Looking around, have not found a quality one yet.

While at the grocer, I was accosted by Girl Scouts who demanded a purchase of their cookies. Yes, yes, begrudgingly purchased three boxes which will probably be eaten by this evening. In return, they did give me this lovely thank you note. 😊

This year's search was for hats and scarves. Over the years, their quality and features have grown. I'm happy.

There is however, the elusive full length, buttoned up, dress coat with perhaps a silk scarf to top it off. None like it exists in SL.

There is also the elusive keffiyeh . . .

Today is the feast of St. Nicholas, the precursor of Santa Claus. We celebrated the day by putting out shoes into which Nicholas would place treats. No fruit, because he couldn't afford it even back in those days.
