I gave copies of "Buckeye Brotherhood" to Ohio State coaches today. They were all instrumental in being able to write the book I wanted to write. Ryan Day was particularly gracious when I gave him his copy. The book is officially available Oct. 21, but you can pre-order now.

It's always thrilling to see the rewards for months of work and angst. I got my shipment of books. The release date is Oct. 21. Founding members of my Substack will get them earlier, signed and mailed by me hopefully sometime next week. Thanks again to everyone who has supported me and this book.

The play you came to see. I’ve seen OSU defensive linemen practice that shoulder dip and hands slap on offensive linemen so many times in Larry Johnson’s drills. This was textbook execution.

One of those big “little” plays. Scott gets hit at the 37, again at the 39. And fights for 5 extra yards. That made it a manageable 4th-and-2 before Howard’s big keeper.
