My first public book signing for "Buckeye Brotherhood" is at 7 tomorrow night at Gramercy Books in Bexley. My former Dispatch colleague Rob Oller will moderate the talk. I'm excited to share some of the many stories that give "Buckeye Brotherhood" its heart. gramercybooksbexley.com/event/2025-1...

I'm at Ross-Ade Stadium in West Lafayette for what I'm sure will be a scintillating game between Ohio State and Purdue. Follow along on my Substack, please.

If you want a hardcover book, I will sell one to you, personalized. I'm thinking about offering them to paid annual subscribers of my Substack, but I'm not sure how many books I will have in my personal supply. As far as another hardcover printing, I don't know if that will happen.
Is there another printing coming? I ordered through Bookshop and it’s ok back order. I’ll settle for paper back would prefer the hardcover

I just talked to my publisher. Good news. A paperback version of "Buckeye Brotherhood" will be published on Nov. 18 and is available for pre-order on Amazon now. The publisher has sold out of the first printing of the hardcover version.

Julian Sayin is on pace to set the NCAA completion-percentage record. I decided to analyze his 42 non-completions. Even many of them were impressive. billrabinowitz.substack.com/p/wait-julia...
Wait, Julian Sayin hasn't completed every pass? What happened on those?
The OSU QB is on pace to set a completion-percentage record. I reviewed his 42 non-completions to see how many were his fault or even smart plays.

Thank you to my former employer for excerpting the Michigan aftermath chapter of "Buckeye Brotherhood." It's one of the pivotal chapters and goes deep into the Day family relationship. The basketball and measuring anecdotes cracked me up when they told me about them.

The book 'Buckeye Brotherhood' shows the lengths Ohio State football coach Ryan Day went to in order to help OSU rebound after its loss to Michigan.

I planned to do this earlier in the week but have been sidetracked by book stuff. Instead of a full DVR review of the Wisconsin game - who wants that? - I will look at the subpar run plays by OSU's offense and try to dissect what went wrong. Follow along on my Substack.

I hoped people would buy and enjoy "Buckeye Brotherhood." But I never expected the book to become the No. 1 football book on Amazon or rank 517th among all books. It blows my mind, truthfully. Thanks to everyone who has bought the book. And please become a paying subscriber to my Substack.

Even skeletons will enjoy it?
Best way to pass the time with a bye week coming up? Read Buckeye Brotherhood, @billrabinowitz.bsky.social 's chronicle of The Ohio State's championship season. Out today: buff.ly/yENy8ET

I will be on “All Sides with Amy Juravich” on WOSU (89.7) in a few minutes to discuss “Buckeye Brotherhood” as part of the station’s fundraising drive. The book is officially out today.

As I’ve said before other Ohio State road games, if you’re wondering whether I would cover OSU away from the Shoe, hell yes. But I can only do it with your support. Thank you to my paid subscribers.

My book on the 2024 season, “Buckeye Brotherhood,” will be released in one week, so I will give one free copy per day, signed and personalized, to a new annual subscriber to my Substack. An annual subscription costs less than a quarter per day. I hope you think my OSU coverage is worth that.

ICYMI, I posted yesterday about how the 2022 recruiting class is finally making some noise and why it took so long. billrabinowitz.substack.com/p/for-osus-c...
For OSU's Class of 2022, its time has finally arrived
Only seven players remain on the roster from that recruiting class, and most are key players for the No. 1 Buckeyes

I gave copies of "Buckeye Brotherhood" to Ohio State coaches today. They were all instrumental in being able to write the book I wanted to write. Ryan Day was particularly gracious when I gave him his copy. The book is officially available Oct. 21, but you can pre-order now.
