Quick PSA to everyone in that theater: see where it says “Livestream?” Of course, a livestream vs. in person Q&A shouldn’t matter to you if you were actually showing up for what she had to say versus the clout of you taking a picture or begging for an autograph.

Even better: a Karen decided to make it her mission to try and get a refund or at least report to a manager how upset she was about this. Accosting a poor AMC usher about how she took off work and drove all the way to Century City for this, etc. Good grief.

Throughout the film I was constantly engaged intellectually, but felt emotionally distant. Until, that is, a certain climactic needle drop, at which point I started uncontrollably crying! B Coops knows how to use music, I’m afraid.
