Head Start has helped prepare countless children for success at school and later in their lives. Cutting Head Start is a war on people living in poverty and is immoral! There is no satisfying the greed that accompanies great wealth and power.

After reading the entire essay, I had to do a double take at the date. You nailed it then and nailed it now. What we're going through seems like the rebound COVID that my wife and I had. We tested positive late February, thought we were over it, and it came back stronger than ever early March.

While many of us may question our ability to be brave, it occurs to me that kindness in the face of authoritarian cruelty can be an act of bravery, empowering even greater bravery.
