Mischievous grandad, retired, left of centre, looking forward to many years of progressive, competent, government.
Yeh.. we watch that too.

#lufc too many really really good championship players, rather than proven Premier league players? You still have 3 ex Blades in your team? The "smaller" premiership clubs like Brighton ... Palace etc.. buy proven quality. Farke & Wilder etc seem unable to match that quality.

To be fair, Faisal Islam is coming across as fair minded, and knowlegeable - everything a BBC political journalist should be.

Rachel Reeves in full combative mode is an uplifting sight... putting the venal incompetent Tories to her sword. Great stuff and reminding us why we wanted a Labour government.

Can you let Chris Mason know to calm down? His head has exploded at the anti Labour & anti Reeves ammunition that has fallen into his lap.

I agree income higher tax rates would be counter productive; rates on other taxation (cgt, dividends etc) and the avoidance schemes eg trust creation, as well as unearned wealth in the UK, that need to be addressed so that well funded public services can be provided.

An overdue but positive move ... I know of no one whose lives or communities were improved by these expensive and entirely ineffectual public servants.

I'll look forward to wallet busting price increases in travel to Europe then ... jst like Virgin relentlessly gouged passengers travelling Manchester - London ...

Desperate times at The Times... even Grok could've written a better propaganda piece. Laughable that Times people think this is a story, when £billions have been utterly wasted by Johnson, Truss and Sunak.

Why do you even re re re post this risible rubbish... all you do is amplify his propaganda.

SWFC fans are over the moon, as Chansiri has relinquished club and ground to administration, and for the fans, things can only get better now - relegation to L1 this season was pretty much a given anyway.
