Obviously they can’t get Trump to help, but I actually think it’s very clever politicking to lobby RFK and emphasize that these are traditional foods, because you know what he’s like about those. Dude went away gushing about removing dams and helping the salmon run.

At first, when he went out on patrol in Highlandtown, a Latino-heavy neighborhood just east of Patterson Park that has seen a spike in immigration enforcement activity, residents seemed wary. But with time, he said, people came to recognize him as an ally.
