Losing insurance SUCKS. I'm fortunate - my insurance has covered 100% of my nutritionist. That part where you can drop 20 & then start gaining back no matter what sounds frustrating. Hope you find an answer.

Yeah, that's a been struggle during previous attempts. This was always going to need to be a long-term project. Working with a great nutritionist has helped. The better shape I get in, the more fun working out generally has become. Now I get antsy if I go a few days without exercise.
