I knelt down to give her some scritches, and she straight-up tackled me with kisses. Zero hesitation. Zero shame. Just pure, unfiltered joy.
She’s about a year old, might have some Anatolian shepherd in her (double dew claws say maybe? ), possibly some shepherd or pittie vibes too.

Thanks to Wings of Rescue and Paws for Life K9 Rescue, she landed safely at Companions Animal Center on Sunday — and now she’s on the hunt for a forever home.

One of the judges in the International Pet Photography Awards said it is a "striking portrait of a majestic dog in a stunning landscape."
The lighting is a bit off and another judge wants me a little more pulled back from the scene so I guess I need to do some work there. 😉

I love this spot. Bella and I often go here to sit and look out onto the river. And it's only a few minutes drive from the house.
And I love this shot of Ollie. Not just because he is a great poser and stood so proudly for me, but also because I got to hang out with his mama, a dear friend.
