So, I have been gathering information on the total damage and it seems that it is just like any other night of russian terrorist attacks on the Ukraine civilian population. They were threatening nukes and rattling that saber more than ever.

This is all just for show. Russia knows we don’t take their nuclear threats seriously… and so they are resorting to anything they can.
I think the US knows this too, but closed the embassy to make the russians think that we were actually concerned. Reduces the chances of an actual strike.
